The focusing lens of the laser cutting machine is a relatively precise optical component, and its degree of cleanness directly affects the processing performance and quality of the laser cutting machine. Therefore, regular maintenance of the focusing lens is very necessary. Here I will share some tips for maintaining the focus lens.
Maintain the correct operation flow of the laser cutter focus lens:
1. Remove the focusing lens from the frame: Loosen the fastening screw, remove the gas nozzle and the lens tube in turn; first use a blower to blow off the dust on the lens surface;
2. If you really need to clean the lens, use only laboratory-grade paper soft cotton balls, take a proper amount of acetone or high-strength alcohol, and gently rotate clockwise from the center of the lens to the edge. When necessary, both sides of the lens need to be cleaned. Care should be taken when cleaning.
3. Install the lens barrel and gas nozzle, adjust the focal length, tighten the fastening screws, and be sure to keep the convex surface down when mounting the focusing lens.
